Each item is made especially for you when you order, which helps reduce waste and overproduction.
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
To help us resolve this quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item
We'll always arrange a replacement or refund if your item is faulty or damaged.
